On the morning of April 17, 2024, Professor Gao Weiqing, Dean of the School of Physics, Hefei University of Technology, and Mr. Wang Fei, director of the Department of Optical Engineering, led the students of applied Physics class 2020 to visit and study in our company, and exchanged ideas on talent training and scientific research cooperation.
Chairman Luo Yi of the company warmly welcomed the delegation from the School of Physics, and gave a detailed introduction of the company's historical evolution, business performance, industrial layout, and corporate culture. He proposed constructive suggestions on further promoting cooperation and exchanges between the two sides and jointly advancing the improvement of talent cultivation quality. Professor Gao Weiqing from the School of Physics analyzed the school's disciplinary construction, talent cultivation, scientific research, and innovation and entrepreneurship from multiple dimensions, and proposed that the two sides have a basis for complementary advantages and resource sharing. Subsequently, the School of Physics visited the results exhibition hall and production line of Keristron Company to understand the development process and development goals of the enterprise. A number of technical backbone of Keristron company explained the crystal production process and technology in detail for the School of Physics. The visiting students communicated with the company's technical personnel, humbly learned the knowledge of crystal development, and accumulated valuable experience.
This activity has enhanced the effective communication between the company and the school, played an important role in promoting the construction of the school-enterprise joint training system, and has positive significance for the future introduction of talents.
